Overview

CHALLENGE

The daily goal is to understand our customers needs and create assets that will increase conversion rates and create “forever” customers. How can we stand out against competitors, create shoppable key moments, and retain our customers?

SOLUTION

Based on quarter customer data we are able to learn who our key shopper is. Throughout email, social and site designs we are able to create impactful experiences for our customer that encourage her to shop and keep coming back for season key items.
